I was inspired to create this challenge as the obstacles we are currently facing are the same questions the holiday of Passover asks (no Passover experience or observance required :) See FAQ's.) I am blending these overlapping themes to create an experience for each of us to explore these questions. Questions like: what is excess in your life? What are you currently enslaved to or being controlled by? How can we break free and feel an inner calm, peace and freedom?
This challenge will support you in recognizing some of the unhelpful habits and thoughts that are excess and controlling you either right now during quarantine or in life and in small ways gaining back your personal power and freedom, and getting internally ready for your personal exodus.
You will receive a prompt each morning via email.

Q: How much time will it take every day?
A: You are welcome to spend whatever you can commit. I recommend 5-15 minutes in the morning and then keeping the prompt in mind throughout the day.
Two tips to following through!
1. Mark down this time for yourself on your calendar and keep it as sacred as any other meeting!
2. Find an accountability partner to do this with - that's the secret sauce!
Q: Is this done alone or in community?
A: Both! You will do each prompt on your own and then we have a Facebook group where we will share and contribute and show up for each other. I will be going live in the group daily at
Q: Does it cost money to participate?
A: I am asking for a minimal donation, and I don't want this to prevent anyone from participating so it is a pay what you can model and half the proceeds are going to families in need.
*As human beings when we invest something of value, money in this case, you have something on the line and will invest yourself more fully into that experience/service etc, and I want you to get the most out of this for you!*
Q: Do I need to be Jewish to participate?
A: 100% not! Even though one of my biggest inspirations and entry points is through Jewish ritual, the focus of my ritual work is about the universality about ritual and my content is for EVERYBODY interested.
